The STS Swift Current Chapter held a luncheon on Thursday November 12, 2015 at the Modern Café.  After a short business meeting Hugh Henry was a guest speaker.  He is the Vice President of the Sask. History and Folklore Society Directors, and convenor of the Society’s Historic Trails Committee.  Hugh Henry, along with a Matthew Anderson from Concordia University, made a pilgrimage along the North West Mounted Police Historic Trail last summer, walking 335 kilometers in the span of three weeks.  It was very interesting to hear about their travels across the prairies and to see how beautiful the Saskatchewan landscape really is.
