Spring Fling 2015

STS Spring Fling Banquet was held on Thursday April 16, 2015 at the
Modern Cafe Banquet room.  There were 34 Superannuates and guests that
attended.  Everyone enjoyed a delicious roast beef and chicken buffet with all the trimmings.

The Swift Current Chapter Award was given out to Rosalie Flynn and Jim
Spencer for their great service and commitment to the chapter. They have
contributed many long hours sharing  their knowledge and expertise in
creating and implementing the  STS Swift Current Chapter's website
(www.scchapter.ca).  CONGRATULATIONS to both of them.

The chapter was then entertained by Shirley Dyck and Lynda & Leonard
Stumpf.  Their presentation was of the Trail of the Incas and the
Galapagos Islands. They shared beautiful pictures, artifacts and  lots
of interesting background information of their history to present day.

The evening was enjoyed by all.
