To Heck With the Bell Breakfast and Golf Tournament

On September 1, 2016, at the beautiful Chinook Golf Course, the STS SC Chapter Superannuates met for a delicious Breakfast Brunch.   There were 42 Teachers and spouses that got up early to attend the breakfast.  It was a great time to catch up and have a good visit.  We welcomed two new superannuates Marc Benjamin and Edith Downey to our chapter.  Breakfast started at 8:30am with the To Heck with the Bell Golf Tournament following at 10:00am.

Rosalie Flynn was given a “Gift of Appreciation”, for her dedication and time spent teaching and organizing the Pickle ball sessions for last year.  She has also consented to do it again this coming year.   She will give instruction to those beginners who would like to learn the game and reinforce the rules for those who just want to play.   Thank you Rosalie!! 

The STS SC Chapter Golf Tournament started at 10:00 am.  There were nine golfers which made three teams of three.  The morning was warm and cloudy, just perfect for golfing.
